Quick answer
Grenade’s past Black Friday sales have delivered substantial discounts, with some selected offers approaching half price. The deeper reductions have included limited flash sales and short-dated stock, rather than a uniform saving across the range. Offers have also started well before Friday, so waiting for the final weekend has not been necessary to find a sizeable reduction.
Selected offers have come close to half price
Grenade’s past sales have included selected bar and powder discounts of roughly 40% to 50% against stated reference prices. The deeper bar reductions have appeared through flash promotions and clearance, alongside smaller discounts on regular stock.

Selected offers approaching half price
Selected historical offers, measured against the reference price stated in each source. These are examples of discount depth, not an average for the range.

Clearance and regular stock have followed different pricing
Short-dated boxes have received deeper reductions than regular stock of the same product. Substantial flash discounts have also appeared without an advertised short-date restriction, so a low price has not always meant clearance.

Grenade OREO Protein Powder
Grenade · 1kg
Pros
- Contains real biscuit crumbs and cocoa, rather than relying on cookie flavouring alone
- Grenade lists Informed Sport certification for this powder
Cons
- At 52.5% protein, a 25g protein portion supplies about 189 kcal; the biscuit-style formula is a higher-calorie way to buy protein
- Wheat in the biscuit pieces rules out a gluten-free formula; soya is also declared
- Added gums thicken the shake, while biscuit pieces mean it is not designed as a thin, particle-free drink
