Black Friday or Cyber Monday: Is Protein Cheaper If You Wait?

The recorded price changes go in both directions. Some protein packs became cheaper by Cyber Monday, while others cost more than they had over the weekend. There is no consistent advantage to waiting across every retailer and size.

Pack size has mattered too: a larger bag could become slightly cheaper while smaller bags from the same range went up. A headline sale extension therefore does not establish that your usual pack is a better buy.

Myprotein has used Cyber Monday to add a further reduction to already discounted products. In those promotions, the improvement appeared at checkout rather than solely as a lower price on the product page.

The Protein Works has also advertised additional Monday codes, but with exclusions covering core protein ranges. A larger extra-discount banner has not always meant a lower price on the powder being bought.

Grenade has run limited flash promotions earlier in November and carried weekend bundles through to Monday at unchanged advertised prices. For that kind of sale, waiting can mean missing an earlier offer rather than gaining a later one.

The strongest reason to wait is an improvement to the offer itself: a lower price on the same pack or an additional discount that actually applies. The change from Black Friday to Cyber Monday has not supplied that on its own.
