01How quickly will you reply?+
We aim to reply within two working days. Detailed product-data investigations may take a little longer.
02Can a retailer pay for a higher ranking?+
No. Commercial relationships do not determine comparison order. Rankings use the pricing and product criteria explained on our How We Rank page.
03What should I include when reporting a product problem?+
Send the product name, retailer, page URL and a short description of what looks wrong. A screenshot is useful when a price or offer has recently changed.
04Do you accept products for review?+
You can offer a product for independent consideration, but sending a sample does not guarantee coverage or a positive verdict. Any material relationship will be disclosed.
05Can journalists use ProteinDeals data?+
Contact us with the publication, deadline and data you need. We can explain our methodology and confirm whether a figure is suitable for attribution.
