Take 1-3 capsules a day with plenty of liquid. To be taken with a meal. Recommended to introduce to routine slowly;
Week 1 - take 1 capsule daily.
Week 2 - take up to 2 capsules daily.
Week 3 onwards – take up to 3 capsules daily.
