How to use
Mix 1 scoop (3g) with your usual food or drink, once a day. Increase dosage up to a maximum of 20g a day if required. Do not exceed a total of 20g per day. Please ensure pouch is resealed after use.
How To Take:
- If you're new to creatine: start with 3g daily.
- If you're not noticing a benefit with 3g: increase to 5g daily.
- If you've had a break from creatine and want to restore optimal levels quickly ('Creatine Loading'): take 20g daily throughout the day (4 x 5g servings) for up to 7 days.
