From Traditional Ritual to Modern Matcha Latte
Compared to ceremonial matcha, premium matcha is ideal for both traditional and modern preparation. You can use it to make a delicate usucha or a thicker koicha, or easily turn it into a perfectly balanced matcha latte with milk and spices.
Heat water to 75 - 80 °C
Pour 80 ml of hot water over 5 g of matcha
Mix, ideally with a bamboo chasen whisk
