What's more, ours is organic and made from milk from grass‑fed cows, with minimal milk protein and lactose. Thanks to this, it lasts longer in the fridge and at room temperature too, and doesn't produce harmful substances when cooked.

You need proper milk for proper ghee. Ours comes from the fertile pastures of northern Austria, which are renowned for growing high‑quality organic hay. Known as "Bio Heu Region" in German, it is a beautiful region with an organic farming tradition since 1997, full of small farms that produce some of the best milk in Europe.

After obtaining fresh cow's milk, the gentle and efficient production process starts immediately, producing ghee with higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin K2 than regular ghee.
