75g ( 2 large 70ml Scoops ) Add 2 large 70ml scoops of Protein Porridge to a heatproof dish or bowl , add 200ml-225ml of hot water and mix thourougly. Leave to stand for 1 minute, longer if you like your porridge thicker, Then consume .
