Suggested Use
Consume one serving daily, immediately after a workout. Mix 105g, approximately three level 60ml measures (scoop included in the tub) with 450ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are guidelines and more or less water can be added to taste. Drink the shake immediately after mixing, and for exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams. This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not as a substitute for such.
