Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function and helps support emotional responses and sleep patterns. It also plays a role in energy production, bone development, and cognitive function. Our advanced liposomal delivery system uses micro-phospholipid bubbles derived from sunflower lecithin to protect the magnesium through digestion, enabling efficient cellular uptake.

Each 5ml serving provides 35mg magnesium. Children aged 2-6 years take 1 teaspoon daily, whilst those aged 7-14 years take 2 teaspoons daily.
