The refreshing Apple Twist flavoured liquid offers flexible dosing and convenience—take it straight from the spoon or mix with water, juice or smoothies.

Adults take 10ml daily, whilst children aged 6–12 years take 5ml and children aged 2–5 years take 2.5ml.
