  What is a thermogenic?

  The term thermogenic literally means to produce heat, and is commonly applied to supplements which increase heat through metabolism.2

• Consume 3 capsules daily. Best taken before exercise. On non-excercise days, consume 1 capsule in the monring, afternoon and evening.

• The product should not be consumed if you are already consuming other products containing green tea, if you are pregnant, lactating or below 18 years old or under fasting conditions. The product contains (37.5)mg of (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per portion. Do not consume more than 800mg of EGCG daily.
