Slippery elm is a tree native to North America with a long history of traditional use. KIKI Health uses only the carefully selected inner bark, gently dried at low temperatures before being finely milled into a smooth, cream-coloured powder.

Two Ways to Use It

For internal use, add one teaspoon to 250ml of water. KIKI Health recommends taking it at night and leaving at least two hours between slippery elm and medication.

It can also be mixed with water to create a paste for external use. Apply to the desired area of skin, avoiding open wounds.
