What the Oil Contains

Each teaspoon delivers 2,750mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 1,000mg of oleic acid (omega-9), alongside thymoquinone — a naturally occurring compound found in Nigella sativa oil. Because the oil is unrefined, these components are retained as they occur naturally in the seed.

Two Ways to Use It

Take it by the teaspoon, stir it into a cold drink, or fold it into a dressing or dip. It also works applied directly to dry skin, hair or the scalp. As a cold-pressed oil, it should not be heated — keep it for cold use only.
