How do I take it? To be taken once a day. Add 2 level teaspoons (approx. 5 g) to your everyday drink or meal as part of your daily skincare regimen. Ensure at least 200 ml of liquid is used and that the powder is mixed thoroughly. When using in hot drinks, we recommend that the water is hot, not boiling. Do not exceed the daily dose.
