Pure Casien Hydrolysate is virtually lactose and fat-free. It's low in carbohydrates; however, it stacks very well with fast-acting carbohydrates like Waxy Maize Starch or Dextrose in a post-workout shake. Pure Casien Hydrolysate in its unflavored state has a strong, almost bitter or sour taste to it; however, it tastes great in either our flavored varieties or when mixed with fruit juice.

Due to the advanced process used to manufacture Pure Casien Hydrolysate, it mixes very, very easily even in cold water. You do not need to shake Pure Casien Hydrolysate, just add a scoop into your shaker and mix with a spoon. Shaking Pure Casien Hydrolysate in a shaker with a lot of splashing around can result in a little foaming; however, mixing with a spoon (or simply adding a scoop and swishing it around in the shaker) will result in a clear solution with little foam that dissolves completely and easily.

Take 1 serving (16g - 1 scoop) in 350ml water or fruit juice and drink during your workout. Pure Casien Hydrolysate is best stirred with a spoon, or gently swirled round in the shaker until it completely disperses within the liquid. If shaken some mild foaming will occur but will settle within 30 seconds. We recommend taking 1 serving during your workout, and 1 serving immediately post-workout. Your post-workout serving can be mixed with Pure Waxy Maize Starch or Pure Dextrose to replenish muscle glycogen stores faster and speed up recovery even more if bulking, or if cutting and looking to reduce carbs simply have Pure Casien Hydrolysate on it's own in water.
