After being caught, the tuna goes to the coastal area of La Rioja, where it is processed using traditional artisanal techniques by a local company with many years of experience.
To ensure the highest quality and purity, the products undergo rigorous laboratory tests to confirm the absence of heavy metals. All values are thus within the limits set by European legislation.
