Vilgain Fermented Vegetables BIO – 100% Natural Taste of Korean Kimchi
Try the traditional Korean spicy salad, made from fermented vegetables and various spices. It is an iconic part of Korean cuisine and offers a rich combination of flavors and textures. Kimchi is popular for its spiciness, sour taste, and low calorie content.
Supercharged “Sauerkraut”
The base of Vilgain Fermented Vegetables is Chinese cabbage enriched with carrot, white radish, onion, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of chili, all in BIO quality. All these vegetables are carefully hand-cut, mixed with soy sauce, sugar, and spices, hermetically sealed, and left to ferment at room temperature for several days to weeks. No preservatives or artificial colorings are found in the package. Thanks to pasteurization, the package lasts a long time and you don’t necessarily have to store it in the fridge before opening (but between 0 and 20 degrees Celsius is ideal).
Low-Calorie Helper
The salad contains only 27 kcal per 100 g of product. You can use it as a vegetable side dish to a main meal, bring it out at a barbecue with meat, or use it as a tasty ingredient in bibimbap, baguettes, burgers, sandwiches, or soups.
