Our chocolate is made using the Bean to Bar method. This means we have the entire process under control, from the cocoa bean to the finished bar, which we then grate into fine flakes. The beans are carefully selected, then fermented and gently sun‑dried. The chocolate blend consists of three high‑quality varieties: Trinitario, Nacional, and Criollo, which together create a complex flavor profile with notes of tropical fruit and bananas.
How to prepare the perfect hot chocolate?
- Pour 100 ml of water or milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add 50 g of grated chocolate and whisk well.
- For more servings or a thick foam, use a hand blender or milk frother.
- For a ritual chocolate drink, use water and flavor with cinnamon, chili, vanilla, or cardamom.
