Suggested UsePour hot water
Pour 1 cup of boiling water (100°C) over 1 cup of flakes. Stir, cover, and let stand for 1 minute.Microwave preparation: Pour 1,5–2 cups of cold water over 1 cup of flakes, stir, and heat for 1–2 minutes. Let stand for a while after heating.Stovetop preparation: Put 1 cup of flakes into a pot and add 1,5–2 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly and cook for 1 minute. Let stand for a while after heating.How we like our oatmeal: Weigh out 40–80 g of flakes, add milk or water, and mix well. Heat for 1–2 minutes in the microwave or on the stovetop. Finally, stir your favorite whey or vegan protein into the porridge, and add fruit, nut butter, or topping.If you prefer a creamier consistency: Use milk for preparation, or mix water and milk in a 1:1 ratio. If you add dried or liquid egg whites during cooking, the porridge will be fluffier. Sweeten or salt the porridge to taste.
