Instructions for useShake well before use and spray on cold pan or food from a distance of 10 - 15 cm.Suitable for hot and cold cuisine.1 second squeeze = 1,8 ml of oil.The dispenser can be used for standard dosing by pressing in the middle, or a smaller dose by pressing on the tip of the dispenser.
