Vilgain Freeze‑Dried Strawberry & Banana Mix – a fruity combo to boost your oatmeal
Inside the pack you'll find only two ingredients: strawberries and bananas, carefully selected and gently freeze‑dried. Thanks to freeze‑drying, they retain their fruity freshness and fullness. Another plus is their light and crunchy texture.
Gentle drying preserves the best of the fruit 🧊
Unlike conventional drying, freeze‑drying is done at extra low temperatures. The fruit is first rapidly frozen and then slowly dehydrated in a vacuum. This way, they retain most of their nutrients, including fiber and naturally occurring micronutrients, especially vitamin C and potassium. Once dehydrated, they also have a long shelf life without the need for any preservatives.
Nutrient‑rich oatmeal combo 🍓🥣🍌
Perfect for porridge, yogurt, muesli or smoothies. Great on pancakes, cheesecake, homemade granola and sweet desserts. They’re a perfect addition to overnight oats, where they also look fantastic. Grind them into a fine fruit powder for the perfect tool to decorate desserts, flavor creams or make homemade toppings.
