Several studies [1,2,3,4] have examined the effects of Naticol® collagen in various areas of skin health. In one of the conducted studies, Naticol® collagen peptides were tested on a group of 60 women who underwent an eight-week course [1] and evaluated the effectiveness of fish collagen on hair and nail health.
2500 mg of branded fish collagen
Naticol® fish collagen is a source of bioactive type 1 collagen peptides from fish skin. Due to their low molecular weight, the short oligopeptides are also easily absorbed. We used a high dose of 2500 mg, the same amount used in scientific studies, so you can compare results one‑to‑one.
Complex of vitamins and minerals
For normal skin and hair, we have vitamin B7 together with vitamin C in 100% of the recommended daily dose, which contributes to normal collagen production. Finally, we have enriched Vilgain Fish Collagen with the minerals selenium and zinc in the best forms available on the market [6].
