Our chocolate chips contain at least 31% cocoa. They do not contain soy lecithin or any added flavorings. Instead, we’ve used Bourbon vanilla, which, unlike artificial vanilla flavorings, enhances the perception of sweetness and gives our chocolate chips a subtle yet pronounced taste.
Selected cocoa beans with caramel notes
Vanuari chocolate, from which our chips are made, features caramel and nutty notes with a delicate fruity hint. Thanks to the slow roasting method, the aromatic compounds in the cocoa beans are gradually released, making the cocoa flavor more intense. At the same time, it’s easier to control the entire process, ensuring the highest possible quality.
Sustainable production and packaging
The chocolate used comes from a family‑owned French chocolate factory in Normandy, which has held the EVP certificate since 2012. This label identifies French artisanal companies and guarantees the quality of the product.
