How to Use
Use:
Promix Whey contains only premium grass-fed native whey protein, so it is best to use either a blender or shaker bottle when mixing. Add two rounded scoops of Promix Whey to 12-16oz of water or your favourite beverage. Shake or blend for 20-30 seconds and enjoy.
