Body benefits Support your skin from within with marine collagen and vitamin C. Each tablet provides 3g of type I marine collagen, which is more efficiently absorbed by the body than some other forms. Collagen is the key protein that gives skin its structure, while vitamin C helps with normal collagen formation for cartilage, bones and skin and protect cells from oxidative stress. What makes it special “Why take collagen when you can take marine collagen packed with vitamin C? We’re always thinking about how we can give support through our formulations,” says one of our science team. “We’ve developed this formula with type I collagen, which is the most abundant type of collagen in the body.” Studies* – which we class as moderate evidence – have shown that marine collagen possibly contributes to skin health at 3000 mg per day when consumed for 12 weeks in healthy women. How to take Take three tablets daily, preferably with a meal Pair with your daily skincare routine for inside-out beauty *Randomised control tests (RCTs). **Based on five RCTs and three systematic reviews.
