We’re so sorry about this. The capsules are filled and counted on an automated line, there are two steps to make sure it gets the correct number. First an optical sensor counts them into the jar, later a check weigher weighs them to ensure the full jar weighs the correct amount. So I can only assume on of the above processes failed. We are raising this with our production team to investigate and see if we can identify and improve what might have gone wrong.
